We are a private practice regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We have extensive knowledge and experience within the construction industry. We offer professional services to the private, public, commercial and industrial sectors.

Acorn Technical Associates are one of the leading providers of high-quality RICS Home Survey Reports in Sussex. We offer RICS Home Survey Level 2 (Homebuyer) and RICS Home Survey Level 3 (Building survey). Our team of RICS Chartered Surveyors and Structural Engineers can help you understand your property, opening up a world of possibilities with respect to purchase, management, and renovation.

We're able to undertake all consultancy work and are also experts in the field of commercial property and can support you with diagnosing defects and specifying the most appropriate remedial work.

Our associates all work independently but as a team, ensuring that you'll receive high quality advice from an appropriate professional. This means you can have complete peace-of-mind, knowing that all work is undertaken to the highest standard.

Acorn Technical Associates are experts in providing residential surveys for a variety of purposes including building or adjustment work, or for house purchases. All about us

Acorn Technical Associates was established in 2014 by Managing Director, Matthew Bourner MRICS, initially to provide specialist technical services and resources for a national school building programme.

Following a period of growth and expansion resulting from an established reputation for providing robust and efficient consultancy services, the company was able to expand to offer several further services, including Residential Home Surveys. Acorn Technical Associates remains true to our founding values of honesty, integrity and offering good value for money along with a friendly and approachable ethos.

Acorn Technical Associates are based in Storrington, West Sussex and cover the whole of the South-East of England and are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for added peace of mind and professional accountability.
