Project Management

Occasionally clients require assistance for the entire project from its inception to completion. We provide this service for both private and commercial clients, with projects including new houses, refurbishment of houses and conversions to flats.

Works are divided into Pre-Contract Services and Posts Contract Services as follows:

Pre-Contract Services:

Preparation of tender documentation, drawings and information
Tender analysis
Tender report
Producing contract documentation
Chairing pre-contract meeting

Post Contract Services:

Chairing monthly site meetings
Producing minutes
Monitoring the progress and quality of the work
Checking valuations and producing interim valuation certificates
Assessing and confirm contract instructions
Producing final account
Undertaking six or twelve months defects inspection survey
Producing ‘Snagging List’ for contractor to complete
Re-inspection upon completion
